About us

ALEBTEKAR for Engineering Consultancies has been established in 1996 with the license of the Saudi Council of Engineers No. (5110001352) by the consultant engineer Bakhiet Abdulaziz Al-Bakhiet, a former chief engineer in Saudi Aramco, a member of the rank of consultant in the Saudi Council of Engineers, a member of the evaluation board and a certified quality auditor, and a member of the Board of International arbitration and a certified international arbitrator, with more than 30 years of experience in the administrative and engineering field.

Engineer Bakhiet also served as a consultant to the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones and many other companies and government agencies such as the Saudi Telecom Company and the Saudi Strategic Storage Program.
